Get involved
There's a place for you here.
Access to period products isn't a luxury. It's a basic human need, and people in our own communities go without. Here's how you can help.
Volunteer
Help at drives and events, assemble kits, support social media, or lend professional skills in design, finance, or health.
Start a chapter
Bring Hera Health to your school or community. Chapter leads organize local drives, run awareness campaigns, and help shape the movement. We provide starter materials and ongoing support.
Host a product drive
Start a collection at your school, workplace, team, or place of worship. We provide guidelines, printable flyers, and pick-up coordination.
Partner with us
Shelters, family programs, community centers, faith organizations, clinicians, and businesses: host a program, distribute products through your network, or sponsor supplies.
In-kind donations
What we collect
Products must be new, unopened, and unexpired. Opened boxes are okay as long as the individual items are sealed.
Where it goes
Local women's and family shelters, community outreach programs, and students and low-income individuals through mutual-aid partners. We focus on direct distribution so items reach people quickly.
- Pads (all absorbencies and sizes)
- Tampons
- Panty liners
- Reusable products (cups, period underwear, cloth pads), new and sealed
- Fragrance-free wipes
- New underwear (all sizes)
- Heating pads or pain-relief items
- Zipper pouches or discreet bags
Raise awareness
Spread the word on social media, at campus events, and in your community. Talking openly about periods is one of the simplest ways to break stigma, and it costs nothing.
Make a difference today
A box of pads shouldn't be a luxury. Help us make sure it never is.
Your gift buys menstrual products in bulk and funds workshops that meet women where they are. Because we work through partner organizations, almost every dollar goes directly to products and programs.
